The Annual GNOCA Lantern Festival in Newburyport
A Tradition of Remembrance and Hope
Join us at the Bartlet Mall for an evening of gentle conversation and community spirit. Decorate a floating lantern to honor a loved one, express personal wishes, and come together in collective healing. There is no admission charge, but a $10 donation per lantern helps support GNOCA's mission.
The Annual GNOCA 5K Run/Walk
A Community Tradition in Downtown Newburyport
Lace up your sneakers and join us for our biggest active fundraiser of the year! Whether you are a competitive runner or walking to honor a loved one, this 5K is a beautiful way to show your support and raise critical funds for ovarian cancer awareness and local patient services. Check our event page for this year's date, registration details, and early-bird deadlines.
Get Involved & Make a Difference
Volunteer With Us
We are always eager to welcome new volunteers. Whether you can lend a hand at an upcoming event, help distribute materials, or simply place a yard sign in your neighborhood, your time makes a huge impact.
Request Support
If you or a loved one is navigating a diagnosis, you do not have to do it alone. GNOCA provides direct assistance, including help with meals, housekeeping, and access to supportive discussion groups.
Support Our Mission
Your financial contributions directly fund local patient services and critical ovarian cancer research. There are many ways to give: become a corporate sponsor, pledge support for a 5K runner or walker, or make a direct donation as a patron.
A Community of Hope
“Our hummingbird is a symbol for accomplishing that which seems impossible & discovering the miracle of joyful living from one's own life circumstances.”
