GNOCA’S Newburyport Lantern Festival is RE-SCHEDULED!
Due to the probability of electrical storms, we unfortunately have to cancel
Tonight’s Event, but the GOOD NEWS is:
We have re-scheduled for TOMORROW, Monday, September 4. Same time! Same place!
The Weather should be great!

In the Asian tradition, we will remember families & friends & make wishes for the future. Come decorate, light, & float lanterns at dusk.
• Bring a picnic supper, chair or blanket & a FLASHLIGHT!
• Enjoy live performances.
• Decorate your lantern with a special message.
• Calligraphers & decorating materials will be available.
The Event is Free with a Suggested Donation of $10 per Lantern.
Lanterns can be purchased at the Event
& we have lots of Markers & Stencils to help you Decorate your Lantern!

Parking near Event is Limited, so please arrive early to find a parking space nearby.
Downtown Newburyport has several Public Parking Lots within a 5 – 10 minute walk.
Biking or Carpooling is a great idea too.
